    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
    • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and sale/clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
  2. Return Process:

    • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, defective product).
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your return.
    • The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
  4. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund.
    • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5 business days from the receipt of the returned item(s).
    • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
  5. Exchange:

    • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and provide the new item and/or size you with to exchange with.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt.
    • Provide a detailed description and, if possible, attach photographs of the damaged or defective area.
    • We will arrange for a return or exchange, including covering the return shipping costs if applicable.
  7. Store Credit:

    • If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, please indicate this when contacting our customer service team.
    • Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card and can be used for future purchases on our website.
  8. Non-Returnable Items:

    • The following items are non-returnable:
      • Intimate apparel (lingerie, shapewear, etc.)
      • Swimwear
      • Sale/clearance items
      • Items without original tags or not in their original condition
